Panorama Music

What Panorama Music does

Panorama Music is a live entertainment and recording business headquartered in Cresskill, New Jersey, founded in 1980 and led by band leader, arranger, composer, producer, and pianist Rino Minetti. The company provides live band entertainment for weddings, corporate galas, private parties, and public events across the Greater New York/New Jersey area and beyond, with a flexible ensemble that can scale from 3 to 12 musicians and a repertoire spanning ballads, up-tempo dance, swing, Latin, and Italian music. Marketing relies primarily on a website with audio/video samples, categorized song lists, an email newsletter, Facebook, and a strong base of word-of-mouth referrals from event clients.

The company also operates an in-house state-of-the-art audio recording and rehearsal studio in Cresskill, NJ, offering demos, voice-overs, back tracks, and fully mastered commercial album production to external singers, songwriters, and musicians. It has released multiple original and cover CDs — including 'Eleven Eleven' (2012), 'The Present' Christmas album (2014), 'Timeless Pieces' instrumental album (2016), and 'Our Favorite Songs' compilation — sold direct at $12.99 with free USA shipping, with select titles also distributed digitally on iTunes. A band-affiliated devotional sarod EP presented with the Bangash duo broadens the recorded catalog beyond the live-event repertoire.

The business model combines professional services (event-based live performance bookings and recording studio services) with one-time product sales (physical and digital CDs). Notable brand associations include performances at prestigious NYC venues (Blue Note Jazz Club, Rainbow Room, Plaza Hotel, Essex House), soundtrack contributions to the film 'Are You With Me' (Breakthrough Productions, with record producer David Foster), and the legacy reputation of Rino Minetti as a member of Gary's Gang, a Columbia Records act known for the top 10 dance hit 'Keep on Dancin' and appearances on American Bandstand, Soul Train, and The Merv Griffin Show.
