Descriptiontext

Tolly Enterprises, operating commercially as The Tolly Group, is a Boca Raton, Florida-based B2B professional services firm founded in 1989 by Kevin Tolly. The company specializes in independent third-party validation and verification services for IT vendors, functioning as an outsourced testing authority that delivers fact-based test reports to technology suppliers. It serves technology vendors ranging from startups to enterprise-scale global leaders and carrier-level service providers, with a reported installed base of more than 250 IT vendor customers and stated usage by 65%+ of the world's top 100 companies.

The firm's core offerings are organized into four pillars: Product Testing and Validation, TCO and Analyst Reports, Technical Marketing, and Competitive Analysis. These are delivered under three service frameworks — Proof of Claims, Proof of Value (TCO studies), and Proof of Concept validation — and the testing methodology relies on proprietary frameworks plus partnerships with leading test-equipment vendors to keep current with evolving technology. Active verticals span networking, security, AI, communications, data center, and storage, evidenced by recent sponsored engagements from Dell, Broadcom, NVIDIA, Huawei, Intel, F5, IBM, Arctic Wolf, Varonis, Zyxel, Ruijie, Apollo, Octonomy, Citrix, and VIAVI. Recent published reports also include multi-language versions in Chinese, Japanese, and German alongside English.

Tolly operates a project-based revenue model in which technology vendors commission testing engagements and receive published deliverables in return. Pricing is not publicly disclosed and is set per engagement via direct sales consultation (phone and email channels). Reports are distributed through the company's website (tolly.com) where prospects and enterprise buyers can register, browse, and download deliverables. The firm is privately held, founder-controlled, reports 11–50 employees, and discloses no external funding, acquisitions, or material leadership changes.
