ADM Investor Services (ADMIS) is a privately held futures brokerage and clearing firm founded in 1966 and headquartered in Chicago's Board of Trade Building. As a wholly owned subsidiary of Archer Daniels Midland Company (NYSE: ADM), a Fortune 50 global agribusiness and food processing conglomerate, ADMIS operates as a registered Futures Commission Merchant (FCM) with clearing memberships across all major US and international futures exchanges, including CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX, ICE, LME, LSE, Eurex, and SGX.

The firm's core offering centers on futures and options execution and clearing, delivered through proprietary trading platforms including NEXUS and Oak Trading, and supported by third-party order-routing integrations with CQG and Trading Technologies in select offices. Its service portfolio spans managed futures accounts, market research (video and written commentary, market dashboards across grains, livestock, financials, metals, softs, currencies, and energies), and a specialized ADMIS Global FX division providing foreign exchange execution and prime brokerage clearing with API technology.

ADMIS generates revenue primarily through transaction fees on futures and options clearing, complemented by subscription-based platform access, managed services fees, and professional services revenue from research. It distributes through a hybrid model combining direct field sales via six global offices (Chicago, New York, Houston, London, Hong Kong, Taipei, Singapore), a network of introducing brokers and non-clearing FCMs, and self-serve online account opening. The firm serves five primary customer segments — commercial traders (notably agricultural hedgers), institutional traders, introducing brokers, individual traders, and FX traders — operating under regulatory oversight from the CFTC, FCA, MAS, and SFC across its geographies.

The injection exceeded both the seasonal norm of 23 Bcf and analyst expectations of 31 Bcf. Market analysts from ADM Investor Services and EBW Analytics said the larger-than-expected build, despite extreme heat, signals weak fundamentals heading into the shoulder season as cooling demand fades and Permian Basin supply is expected to rise.CNBCOil markets are being pulled in every direction. Market analysts are balancing opposing forces: fundamental oversupply pressures pushing prices lower versus supply disruption risks from unrest in Iran and Venezuela — which produces around 3 million barrels a day — and concerns over the critical Strait of Hormuz shipping route.
