What Glass Masters does
Glass Masters is a custom glass fabrication and installation company headquartered in Ketchum, Idaho, serving the Wood River Valley region. Founded in 1994, the company has operated for over 30 years providing specialty glass products including windows, doors, skylights, mirrors, tabletops, stair rail systems, shower enclosures, and architectural glass for both residential and commercial projects. Its core offering combines in-house custom fabrication with authorized distribution of three premium window and door brands: Kolbe (VistaLuxe AL, VistaLuxe WD, Ultra Series, Forgent Series with Glastra technology), Optimum (thermally broken steel windows including the RTS430 and Flex 6500 Series), and All Weather (custom aluminum windows and doors).
The company operates a sales-led go-to-market targeting four primary customer segments: homeowners, architects and designers, contractors, and commercial construction clients. Its revenue model is a mix of one-time product sales and professional installation services, with pricing conducted via quote-based engagements that are not publicly disclosed. Distribution combines direct field sales (with a team of named representatives for windows and shower doors), an appointment-based showroom in the Scott Building in Ketchum, and authorized brand distribution. A small in-house shop operation (managed by a dedicated shop manager) supports custom fabrication. The company is privately held, locally owned, and shows no evidence of external investment or public listing.
