Company assessment

Broad incumbents

  • Dave & Buster's: National eatertainment chain combining arcade gaming, sports viewing, and full-service dining. Highly comparable to Dezerland's arcade + F&B + bowling offering under one roof, though Dave & Buster's is broader/multiple locations and lacks the auto museum and VR scale.

  • Topgolf: Tee-line-based entertainment and dining venues targeting similar family, group, and corporate-event customer segments as Dezerland, though anchored by golf tech rather than rides/museums.
