Ace Party & Tent Rental

What Ace Party & Tent Rental does

Ace Party & Tent Rental is a privately-held, full-service event and tent rental company headquartered in Port Washington, NY, with a secondary office in Westhampton Beach, NY. The company has operated in the Greater New York City and Tri-State area for over 30 years (founded circa 1994) and employs between 101 and 250 people. It rents tents and a broad range of event equipment to corporate, wedding, education, and private event clients, and provides delivery, setup, permitting, and CAD drawing services as part of its offering.

The company's core products span seven engineered tent categories — Sailcloth, Garden, Clearspan Structure, Frame, Marquee, Pole & Tension, and High Peak tents — designed to meet stringent building codes and compatible with varied ground surfaces. The Clearspan product line, which uses aluminum frames with no interior poles, is positioned as a novel architectural method. Supporting the tent offering is an extensive rental inventory including chairs, tables, catering and bar equipment, chafers, coffee makers, crowd control equipment, chandeliers and other lighting, 412+ linen SKUs, full tabletop (dinnerware, flatware, glassware), tent accessories (walls, floors, platforms, stages), conference equipment, concessions machines, and specialty production tents for film and live events.

The business model is one-time transactional rental pricing, quote-based with no public price list. Ace Party & Tent Rental runs a sales-led go-to-market supported by a website catalog, interactive lookbook, blog content, Instagram organic social (4.8K followers), and Google Reviews. The company serves marquee enterprise clients including NYU, Columbia University, NYSE, Apple, HP, NBC Universal, Twitter, Viacom, the NYC Office of the Mayor, Red Cross, and Central Park Conservancy, alongside a long tail of SMB weddings and private events across the Tri-State region.
