What Eidos Architects does
Eidos Architects, P.C. is a privately held, Colorado-licensed professional architectural corporation founded in 2002 and headquartered at 5400 Greenwood Plaza Boulevard, Greenwood Village, CO. The firm provides comprehensive architectural design, planning, and construction administration services with a vertical specialization in K-12 educational facilities, religious/sacred buildings, municipal government projects, and affordable housing. Its core offering is professional services delivered via project-based fees, with revenue generated through design contracts (often won via formal RFQ/RFP or design-build teaming with general contractors) for institutional clients in Colorado. The firm has completed 150+ educational projects and maintains a portfolio that includes new construction, additions, renovations, CTE/STEM facilities, liturgical spaces, and civic infrastructure such as maintenance and wastewater treatment campuses.
The firm operates as a small-to-mid-sized practice with approximately 24-27 professionals, supported by a leadership team that includes Principal Jennifer Thong and Director of Client Relations Mae Ann Saas (with the firm since 2008). Its go-to-market is direct enterprise engagement: long-term relationships with Colorado school districts (Denver Public Schools, Douglas County, Academy District 20, 27J), Catholic dioceses and congregations, and municipalities (City of Aurora, Town of Bennett, Highlands Ranch Metro District), augmented by design-build partnerships with regional general contractors such as Saunders Construction, Swinerton Builders, EUA, Krische Construction, JHL Constructors, and Palace Construction. The firm is a certified Women-owned Business Enterprise (WBE), which provides a structural advantage in diversity-weighted public-sector procurement.
Recognition has been a key commercial signal: 2016 ACEC Engineering Excellence Award (St. Vrain Wastewater Treatment Facility), 2018 A4LE Summit Merit Award (Basalt High School), 2022 PSMJ THRIVE Circle of Excellence Award for the A/E/C industry, and dual 2024 ENR Mountain States awards (Best Government/Public Building for the City of Aurora SEAM Campus, Best K-12 Education for the Brighton High School STEM and CTE Center). The firm has no disclosed external funding, no subsidiaries, no M&A history, and no public-company exposure, indicating an entirely founder-owned, organically grown professional services business with all revenue and operations concentrated within the state of Colorado.
