Compass Those Pool Guys

What Compass Those Pool Guys does

Compass - The Swimming Pool Company, operating commercially as Compass Those Pool Guys, is a Dubai-based, family-conglomerate-owned turnkey provider of swimming pool, spa, sauna, and water feature solutions for the GCC market. Founded in 1989 and headquartered in Al Quoz Industrial Area under WAFI Group (WAFI Industrial, owned by Sheikh Mana bin Khalifa Al Maktoum), the company serves luxury hospitality, large real estate developers, theme parks, and high-net-worth residential clients with composite (GRP/GFRP) fiberglass pool shells manufactured by sister concern TCTI (Top Craft Trading Industries). Its product line spans TCTI pool models (Sapphire, Zircon, Amethyst, Quartz, Emerald, Pearl), the proprietary SwimGym pool-gym combination, Topaz spas, cabin and barrel saunas, custom water features, and exclusive CRAiG BRAGDY DESIGN handmade ceramics — available in the GCC only through Compass.

The business is organized into four service divisions: Compass Projects (turnkey pool construction), AquaClear (PLC-controlled salt chlorination and water disinfection systems, available on lease), Compass Pool Store (equipment, accessories, and water disinfectant chemicals), and Those Pool Guys (24x7 maintenance, cleaning, and repair). Go-to-market is direct sales-led with free consultations and no third-party involvement; the company claims the only immersive live swimming pool showroom in the GCC. Revenue is generated through a mix of one-time construction project fees, recurring maintenance contracts, hardware sales (equipment and chemicals), and a subscription-style lease on AquaClear systems, with a 10-year manufacturer warranty on TCTI pool shells.
