What Algetec does

Algetec is a private Brazilian for-profit company headquartered in Salvador that supplies educational equipment and learning solutions to the STEM and technical-education market. Its product portfolio spans four categories: Didactic Benches (laboratory workstations for hands-on technical instruction), Kits (modular learning bundles), Suitcases (portable experiment/course kits), and virtual laboratories (software-based lab environments). Founded in 2011, the company operates with a small team of 11-50 employees and distributes through its website at algetec.com.br.

The business model is anchored in selling physical educational apparatus and accompanying digital lab tools to schools, technical institutes, and training programs — a model that typically combines one-time capital equipment sales (benches) with higher-velocity consumable and kit sales, and potentially recurring virtual-lab licensing. The firmographic profile (11-50 employees, niche educational-equipment focus, founded 2011, based in Salvador) suggests a focused regional operator rather than a scaled platform. All secondary data sources attempted for this company returned bot-verification pages rather than substantive content, so ownership, pricing, customer mix, funding, and revenue figures are not documented in the available evidence base.
