The International Organisation of Employers (IOE), founded in 1920 and headquartered in Le Grand-Saconnex, Geneva, is a Swiss-law international federation of national employer and business organisations. It represents 150+ member organisations across more than 140 countries, collectively covering over 50 million companies and hundreds of millions of workers, and operates as the official Secretariat of the Employers' Group at the International Labour Organization with institutional engagement at the UN, G20, G7 and EU.

IOE's core deliverables are policy advocacy and convening services rather than commercial products. It runs 11 thematic policy working groups (International Labour Standards, Industrial Relations, Human Rights and Responsible Business Conduct, Child Labour, Employment Skills and Digitalisation, Labour Migration, Sustainable Development, Climate Change and Just Transition, Trade and Employment, Occupational Safety and Health, Gender Equality and Diversity) and operates five business networks — Global Industrial Relations Network, Global Occupational Safety and Health Network, Global Apprenticeship Network, Global Forum on Migration and Development Business Mechanism, and One Global Women Empowerment. The organisation also runs a Corporate Partners programme for direct company engagement on business and human rights and skills.

Its technology surface is centred on a multilingual learning management system at learn.ioe-emp.org, which hosts the AI Fluency course, the AI for SMEs course and the AI Xcelerate webinar series, developed jointly with Microsoft and delivered in English, French, Spanish, Indonesian, Thai and Arabic. Outreach is supported by an institutional website, multilingual content (English/French/Spanish), and active social channels on LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Facebook and Instagram, alongside email newsletters (Industrial Relations, Business and Human Rights). Revenue is generated through membership fees from national employer organisations and supplemented by corporate partnership and programme-level support; specific pricing tiers are not publicly disclosed.
