What Novio Tech Campus does

Novio Tech Campus (legal entity: Noviotech Campus BV) is a privately held innovation campus operator headquartered at Transistorweg 7N, Nijmegen, Netherlands, positioning itself within what it describes as the Netherlands' second semiconductor region. The company provides integrated physical infrastructure — offices, laboratories, and cleanrooms — for high-tech and health companies, alongside tailor-made build-to-suit plots for tenants that want to construct their own premises. Its core sectors of focus include semiconductors, radio frequency, chip integration, energy, digital health, and security technologies.

The campus supplements its real estate offering with a community program: monthly Meet & Eat networking lunches, the discipline-specific Meeting Your Peers series (engineers, HR, marcom/office, and a planned Defense cohort in September 2026), the annual Vibe of the Future Festival co-organized with INNOVATE, Academy & Career education programs with Radboud University and HAN University of Applied Sciences, plus Sport & Vitality, Art & Design, and shared facilities & services. Anchor tenants and partners include NXP Semiconductors, Nexperia, NTS Optel, ITEC, CITC, PhotonDelta, Radboudumc, Donders Institute, the Municipality of Nijmegen, and Briskr.

The revenue model is recurring real estate rental of offices, labs, and cleanrooms, with pricing not publicly disclosed and offered on a contact, tailor-made basis. The organization operates with a small core team of six (Managing Director, Communication & Office Manager, Development Manager, Park Manager, Community Development Manager, and Finance), is privately held with no disclosed funding rounds or parent company, and is currently expanding capacity through the Frontrunner flagship building project (construction commenced May 2025).
