Jump 4 Joy Castles

What Jump 4 Joy Castles does

Jump 4 Joy Castles is a privately held, family-run bouncy castle and inflatable hire operator headquartered in Oakham, Rutland, United Kingdom, founded in 2008. The business rents children's bouncy castles, adult bouncy castles, giant games, soft play sets, Didi Cars ride-on toys, Happy Hopperz inflatables, and generators to individuals, families, schools, and community organizations for birthday parties, weddings, garden parties, fetes, and other local events. All seven core bouncy castles and inflatables are PIPA safety tested, the Football Shootout is RPII tested, and the operator holds memberships in the British Inflatable Hire Association (BIHA) and The Inflatable Party Equipment (TIPE) trade bodies.

The commercial offering is built on a fixed product catalog of 7 core inflatables, 4 giant games, 1 soft play set, and 23 pre-configured hire packages that bundle multiple items at price points ranging from approximately £15 for a single giant game up to £255 for the largest package. Per-hire pricing is on a pay-as-you-go basis with no deposit required, free delivery and setup within a 10-mile radius of Oakham, cash on delivery or bank transfer in advance, and a no-charge cancellation policy for same-day weather cancellations. The technology layer is supplied entirely by Kool Booking Systems, a third-party platform that provides the website, product catalog, date-based availability calendar, postcode-based delivery calculation, and PayPal-backed checkout; all online bookings are reviewed and confirmed by phone before confirmation.

The go-to-market is direct-to-consumer and geographically bounded: service is concentrated across Oakham, Uppingham, Melton Mowbray, Stamford, and surrounding villages in Rutland, Leicestershire, and parts of Northamptonshire, Cambridgeshire, and Lincolnshire. Customer acquisition is driven by local SEO, an active Facebook page, an email newsletter, downloadable themed party invitation PDFs, a published list of recommended indoor venues, and a Google Translate widget for non-English-speaking households. The business is operated by a single named contact (Steve) with no public leadership team, no external investors, and no parent company.
