Jazz 91.9 WCLK (legal entity: WCLK-FM) is a non-commercial public radio station licensed by the FCC and operating at 91.9 MHz in Atlanta, Georgia. Founded in 1976, the station is owned and operated by Clark Atlanta University, a Historically Black College/University (HBCU), and is governed by the university's Board of Trustees with input from a WCLK Advisory Board. Over its roughly 50-year history, the station has positioned itself as Atlanta's primary jazz broadcaster, branded "The Jazz of The City," and has reached cultural prominence through recurring benefit concerts featuring marquee artists including Gregory Porter, Patti LaBelle, Bobby McFerrin, Kirk Franklin, and George Benson.

The station's product surface comprises four core distribution channels: the primary FM 91.9 broadcast, HD Radio digital subchannels HD2 (Mainstream) and HD3 (Student R&B/Hip-Hop), website-based live streaming with on-demand audio archives, and national syndication of its "UPFRONT" entertainment show on SiriusXM HBCU Channel 142. Supporting offerings include a free community events calendar, corporate underwriting packages, listener membership tiers with premiums, matching gift processing, a vehicle donation program, and annual benefit concerts and golf events. Content is augmented through NPR and PRX syndication partnerships, embedding national news and public radio programming alongside locally produced jazz and Atlanta-focused arts and culture coverage.

Revenue is generated through three streams: listener donations and recurring memberships, corporate underwriting (sponsor on-air acknowledgements distinct from commercial advertising per FCC non-commercial rules), and grants from the Corporation for Public Broadcasting (CPB). Financials are not publicly disclosed in the input; audited statements are referenced on the station's website. The station has 11-50 employees, carries no app product, holds no patents or trademarks identified in the data, has completed no funding rounds or M&A activity, and operates exclusively within the Atlanta metropolitan area as a non-profit public broadcasting entity.
