Origin Info System

What Origin Info System does

Origin Info System is a privately held French IT retail and services company founded in 2003, headquartered in Bollwiller with a second store in Thann, both in the Haut-Rhin department of Grand Est. The company sells consumer and gaming computers (pre-built and custom), components and peripherals from major OEMs (MSI, ASUS/ROG, Corsair, Lian Li, Intel, Dell, HP, Razer, AZZA, NewsKILL, Apple), and offers computer repair, troubleshooting, data recovery, and remote support services delivered on-site, in-store, and via AnyDesk/TeamViewer. A differentiator is its custom-assembly capability — including on-site custom PC building, custom watercooling loop design and installation, and PC modding (RGB, cable management, aesthetic customization) — performed by in-house expert technicians. The company is ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and QualiRepar certified for its repair operations.

The business model is direct-to-consumer and direct-to-SMB retail, with all sales transacted in two physical storefronts plus remote service sessions; no e-commerce platform or software product is evident. Revenue is generated from three streams: (1) hardware sales of desktops, laptops, components, peripherals and accessories; (2) professional services for custom assembly, modding, and watercooling; and (3) computer repair, troubleshooting, data recovery, and remote support. Pricing is quote-based and not publicly disclosed, with customers directed to contact stores directly. Customer segments are horizontal — gaming enthusiasts (primary), individual consumers, and small businesses/professionals — and there is no named enterprise account base or recurring contract revenue.

Origin Info System is owner-operated with 1-10 employees, no external funding, no parent company, and no subsidiaries. Its only disclosed leadership contact is Sandro Gubiani as Director of Publication. The company markets itself through its blog, Facebook page, Discord community, and local gaming convention participation, and pursues local SEO targeting Haut-Rhin, Thann, Bollwiller, and Mulhouse queries. The product portfolio is entirely hardware and service-based; no AI, software platform, API, or mobile app exists in the current offering.
