Henniges Automotive is a privately held Tier-1 automotive supplier that designs and manufactures highly engineered sealing systems and anti-vibration components for global OEMs. Its product portfolio centers on door, window, trunk, liftgate, sunroof, and hood sealing solutions, alongside anti-vibration systems targeting noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH) reduction. The company operates a vertically integrated manufacturing platform spanning 17+ facilities across the United States, Mexico, the Czech Republic, Poland, and China, with a European headquarters and technical center in Mladá Boleslav and a 2022-formed joint venture with Guizhou Guihang Automotive Components in China.

Henniges sells exclusively through direct enterprise relationships with automotive OEMs, targeting both blue-chip manufacturers (it has been recognized as a General Motors Supplier of the Year in 2018 and 2021) and smaller innovative technology-driven OEMs. Its stated differentiation rests on three pillars: a vertically integrated platform that enables consistent premium quality at global volume, engineering quality that the company claims delivers superior warranty-rate performance versus competitors, and sustainability credentials anchored by four consecutive EcoVadis Bronze Medals with movement from the 52nd to the 69th percentile.

The company is led by President Larry Rollins (with the company since 1988), CEO Larry Williams (promoted April 2019), CFO Linda Hellebuyck, and a global functional leadership team spanning sales, engineering, manufacturing, HR, and purchasing. Certifications include IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001. Ownership structure is not publicly disclosed; the company appears to be independently or management-controlled with no parent entity identified in available sources.
