What Vayu Aerospace and Defence Review does

Vayu Aerospace and Defence Review (operating as "Vayu Aero") is a New Delhi, India-based media entity focused on the aviation and defense sector. Its stated scope includes publishing a magazine on aerospace and defense, producing books, and organizing industry seminars. The firm's legal name is "Vayu Aero," it is privately held, and per firmographics it was founded in 2012 with a headcount range of 11-50 employees, making it a small specialized publisher by scale.

The current public-facing surface is a minimal pre-launch website (vayuaero.com) displaying "Launching Soon" messaging and a 2024 copyright. The only live functionality is an email signup form intended to capture early-access subscribers ahead of the formal launch. There are no disclosed products, pricing, customers, distribution partners, integrations, or revenue model documented in the available source material.

The business model, as described, would presumably combine magazine advertising/subscriptions, book sales, and seminar sponsorship or ticketing — typical defense-aerospace B2B media economics targeting industry professionals, defense procurement stakeholders, and aerospace enthusiasts in India. However, no active monetization, customer relationships, or revenue transactions are evidenced in the input. The data leaves the company effectively at a pre-relaunch or relaunch posture, with significant gaps around ownership, funding, management, and operating geographies.
