Inventive Designers

What Inventive Designers does

Inventive Designers is a Belgian software company founded in 1994, headquartered at Avenue Reine Astrid 92A, La Hulpe, Belgium, and operating today as a product and brand within Unifiedpost Group. The company provides the Design & Compose solution — a browser-based, collaborative document design and composition platform consisting of four modules: Design Studio (visual template creation with complex business logic), Compose Service (dynamic multichannel output generation), Interact Service (interactive editing sessions with API exposure), and Resource Promotion (auditable template versioning, approval workflows, and independent deployment by business users). The platform generates customer communications across email, PDF, SMS, and push notifications, and integrates natively with Unifiedpost's Channel outbound solution for Order-to-Cash operations.

The product is aimed at business users and enterprise organizations in Western Europe (primarily Belgium) across verticals including Automotive & Leasing, E-commerce, Education, Insurance, Interim & HR, and Media. Named enterprise customers include AXA, Lombard International Assurance, Mediafin, Jobfixers, Lampiris, and Kreatos. Revenue is generated through subscription-based SaaS access to the Design & Compose components, sold via Unifiedpost's platform with a sales-led motion (demo requests, quote-based pricing) and supported by content marketing, whitepapers, and case studies. Leadership comprises Jim Verbist (CEO), Joke Dehond (Chairwoman of the Board), and Guy Dehond (Chairman & Founder).

The business does not operate as an independent commercial entity; it is distributed, marketed, and supported through Unifiedpost Group's broader e-invoicing and documents ecosystem, positioning Design & Compose as a complementary layer within Belgium's mandatory B2B e-invoicing framework effective 1 January 2026.
