Descriptiontext

Evercare Group is an impact-driven, privately held integrated healthcare investment platform that operates hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers across emerging markets in Africa and South Asia. The group runs four core operating brands: Avenue Healthcare (3 hospitals with 300 beds and 15 clinics in Kenya), Islamabad Diagnostic Centre (82+ diagnostic centers across 25 cities in Pakistan, growing weekly), Evercare Hospital Lahore (270-bed multi-specialty hospital in Pakistan), and Evercare Hospital Lekki (165-bed multispecialty tertiary care hospital in Nigeria). The platform delivers general and specialist inpatient, outpatient, diagnostic, and home-care services, with telemedicine extending reach beyond physical facilities.

The group operates a direct-to-consumer business model, generating revenue from patient services across its owned facilities, and pursues a "double bottom line" mandate balancing financial returns with social impact. It is backed by The Rise Fund, a private equity firm focused on impact investing, and in July 2026 was integrated into the newly formed Aster DM Quality Care Limited following the merger of Aster DM Healthcare and Quality Care India Limited, consolidating Evercare alongside CARE Hospitals, KIMSHEALTH, and Aster DM under Blackstone ownership (39 hospitals, 28 cities, over 10,600 beds). Proprietary operating frameworks (HumanCareX, E³ Hub, Evercare Academy) and strategic partnerships (MED-EL for hearing care, Indus Health Plus for referral distribution, IFC for development capital) support the platform's expansion and clinical governance.
