What Novaedes does
Novaedes & van Overbeek architecten is a privately held Dutch architecture and construction practice headquartered at Akkerdistel 2D, 5831 PJ Boxmeer, Netherlands, with a second Boxmeer-based constructors (structural engineering) office at the same address. The firm develops architectural and urban-planning concepts and provides in-house expertise to guide construction projects from design through realization, including advisory on constructions and installations. It operates a horizontal service segmentation across five categories: residential (Wonen), commercial/utility (Werken), leisure (Vrije tijd), construction engineering (Constructie), and adaptive reuse (Herbestemming).
The firm serves both the business market (municipalities such as Gemeente Venray and Gemeente Wanssum, enterprise clients such as Rabobank Beugen, and real-estate developers such as Bosselaar Zuid Zevenbergen) and the private residential market. Its geographic footprint is concentrated in the North Brabant and Limburg regions of the Netherlands, with at least one delivered cross-border office project in Germany. Underlying technology consists of conventional architectural design, urban planning, and structural/installation consulting expertise; no proprietary software, AI/ML components, or platform architecture is disclosed.
Revenue is generated on a project-based professional-services model with quote-based pricing tailored to individual project scope. There is no disclosed pricing schedule, no subscription or recurring-revenue component, and no publicly reported revenue, headcount, or funding figures. Distribution is via direct project engagement (phone and email), with the novaedes.nl website serving as a portfolio showcase and top-of-funnel contact mechanism. The firm is privately held with no disclosed parent, investors, or subsidiaries.
