Freie Christengemeinde

What Freie Christengemeinde does

Freie Christengemeinde Kronach e.V. (FCG Kronach) is a local Pentecostal church registered as a German eingetragener Verein (e.V.) under the umbrella of the Bund Freikirchlicher Pfingstgemeinden KdöR (BFP), headquartered at Lucas-Cranach-Straße 21, Kronach, Germany. The organization serves individuals and families in the Kronach area seeking Christian community, spiritual formation, and fellowship, with a programming portfolio that spans weekly Sunday worship (with simultaneous children's ministry), mid-week small groups (Kleingruppen), a Royal Rangers youth program for ages 9-17 affiliated with the Royal Rangers Bundesverband, monthly men's fellowship gatherings, Friday early-morning prayer (Frühgebet), monthly First-Wednesday worship and communion services (Erster Mittwoch), and ongoing Israel prayer support.

Operationally, the church runs with 7 employees under the leadership of Pastor Kai Flottmann (Gemeindeleitung) and Helmut Schlicht (1. Vorsitzender). The technology footprint is minimal: a website operated and hosted by third-party vendor IT-ARENDS (Roland Arends, Kulmbach) using standard web technologies, with Google Calendar integration for event scheduling and the church.tools SaaS platform for small-group registration and member administration. There are no mobile applications, APIs, or proprietary technical assets. Data protection is governed by the BFP-DSO self-regulatory ordinance issued under §140 GG and §91 DSGVO.

The revenue model is exclusively donations-based — voluntary tithes and offerings from congregation members, channeled via the published Sparkasse Kulmbach-Kronach bank account (IBAN DE12 7715 0000 0240 2529 99). All programs are offered free of charge; there is no commercial pricing, no fee-for-service revenue, and no external grant or institutional funding disclosed. The entity is not investment-eligible in any conventional sense — it is a non-profit religious association governed by member-based leadership rather than shareholders or investors.
