What Air Express LLC does

Air Express LLC, operating commercially as Ahoy! Cooling & Heating, is a privately held HVAC service company founded in 2010 and headquartered at 7604 Industrial Lane Ste 4D, Temple Terrace, Florida. The company delivers residential and commercial air conditioning, heating, ductless mini-split, and indoor air quality services across the Tampa Bay and Hillsborough County region via direct-to-consumer channels: an online booking system on callahoy.com, inbound phone at (813) 596-5766, and customer referrals. Core service lines include AC and heating repair, installation, and maintenance, commercial HVAC, and a suite of indoor air quality offerings (UV lights, Reme Halo in-duct air purifiers, duct cleaning, air filters, ductwork, and air quality testing).

Technically, the company is a certified Mitsubishi Diamond Contractor, giving it access to Mitsubishi's whole-home ductless mini-split line (single-zone and multi-zone configurations), and also distributes Amana equipment. It is BBB-accredited with an A+ rating, EPA-certified, Angi certified, and Google Guaranteed. Differentiated technical offerings include whole-home zoning systems, smart/programmable thermostat installation, and the Reme Halo in-duct air purifier. The company employs approximately 9 people, operates from a single physical location, and does not have a disclosed parent company or external investment.

The revenue model is a hybrid of transactional one-time work (repairs, installations, commercial jobs, IAQ product sales) and a small recurring subscription component (the Stress Free AC Program and Maintenance Memberships). Pricing is quote-based and not publicly disclosed; the company offers customer financing to support larger installation tickets. Customers are predominantly long-tail residential homeowners in Tampa Bay, with a secondary commercial segment; the company does not disclose revenue, customer counts, or contract values.
