Broad incumbents

• Goldfish Swim School: Large North American franchise swim school focused on children ages 4 months to 12 years with structured curriculum. Comparable as a multi-site swim instruction operator with tiered progression programs, though larger scale and different geography than ANSA.
• British Swim School: Established franchise-based swim school network operating across the US/UK and expanding into the Middle East. Comparable in structured learn-to-swim curriculum and franchise/multi-site expansion model, though broader geographic and operational scale than ANSA.

Regional players

• Inspire Sports Academy: Dubai-based multi-sport academy including swimming instruction alongside other sports. Comparable as a UAE sports instruction operator, though broader in scope than ANSA's swimming-only focus.
• Safra Swim Academy (Singapore): Singapore-based membership-club swim school offering structured lessons for kids and adults. Comparable as an Asia-region swim academy with multi-level progression and family-focused programming, though primarily serving Singapore rather than UAE.

Direct peers
