Ice Den Chandler

What Ice Den Chandler does

Ice Den Chandler operates a dual-sheet indoor ice rink at 7225 West Harrison Street in Chandler, Arizona, as part of the Ice Den network that also runs a Scottsdale facility in the Phoenix metro. The facility serves recreational public skaters, youth travel hockey players, figure skaters, and adult league participants, with programming delivered directly and through anchored youth hockey affiliations with Jr Coyotes, AZ Bobcats, and CAHA Chandler/Scottsdale clubs.

The facility's core product is ice time packaged as public sessions, league play, clinics, and private lessons, supported by an integrated on-site ecosystem including Ice Den Performance (training), Coyote's Ice Pro Shop (equipment retail), 18 Degrees and 18 Degrees Express (food and beverage), and Chilly Bean. Operations are run on SportsEngine SRM for registration, scheduling, and member management. The technology stack is industry-standard facility software rather than proprietary IP, and there is no evidence of in-house AI/ML, data products, or platform extensibility beyond the SRM integration.

Revenue is generated through a multi-stream B2C model: per-visit public skating admission, league and tournament ice rental, private lesson and clinic fees, performance training subscriptions, retail margin on equipment sales, and F&B concessions. With 9 disclosed employees, the Chandler operation is leanly staffed, consistent with a facility whose economics depend on high ice-hour utilization and repeat local demand rather than on enterprise contracts or scale technology. No funding events, ownership changes, or expansion announcements are disclosed in the available data.
