LIFE TABERNACLE

What LIFE TABERNACLE does

Life Tabernacle Church is an Apostolic Pentecostal church headquartered in Hopkinsville, Kentucky, operating as a nonprofit religious organization led by Senior Pastor Chris Nicholson and his wife Michelle Nicholson. The church serves the local community of Christian County, Kentucky, through a broad portfolio of worship services and age-segmented ministries including Life Kids (ages 3-11), Life Youth (ages 12-18), Life Men, Life Ladies, Prime Timers (seniors), and a Nursing Home Ministry. It operates from a main campus at 1306 Blooming Grove Rd and a second campus, Apostolic Life Church, in Oak Grove, KY under Campus Pastor Taurus Hearns.

The church's product surface includes Sunday services (10am & 6pm), Wednesday evening services (7pm), free Bible studies, a Bus Ministry providing transportation from across Christian County, an online media library of sermons organized by series, topic, speaker, and Scripture (with archived content dating back to 2017), an LTC Bible College program, online giving, and TCPA-compliant SMS appointment reminders. Technology infrastructure is minimal: the website is built on the SnapPages website builder, with no proprietary platform, mobile app, or AI/ML capabilities. The organization employs 16 staff across its two campuses.

Life Tabernacle funds operations entirely through voluntary tithes and offerings collected in-person, online, by mail, and via text message. Donors can designate funds to specific ministry purposes and set up recurring gifts through the online giving platform. The go-to-market approach is community-led: bus ministry, word-of-mouth referrals, online sermon content, and personal invitation drive congregant acquisition. The church operates as an independent, privately held nonprofit with no disclosed parent company, external investors, or public listing.
