New Life Assembly of God, Hyderabad - Secunderabad, India

What New Life Assembly of God, Hyderabad - Secunderabad, India does

New Life Assembly of God is a non-profit religious organization operating as a multi-campus Assembly of God denomination church in the Hyderabad-Secunderabad twin cities of Telangana, India. Founded in 1983 by Rev. Earl Stubbs and Rev. Arlene Stubbs with four members meeting in their home, the church has scaled to nearly 9,000 members across three primary physical campuses — Kompally (the original and largest), Eden Square in Secunderabad, and Hitech City/Madhapur — plus a Diamond Point Youth Alive venue. It runs eight weekly worship services in English, Hindi, and Telugu, serving English-speaking, Hindi-speaking, and Telugu-speaking communities respectively. The organization is led by Rev. Arlene Stubbs as Senior Pastor (since 2008) and is supported by a pastoral team of Senior Associate Pastor Rev. Valson Varghese and four Associate Pastors. There is no parent company, external investor, or holding entity; the church operates as a standalone non-profit under Indian jurisdiction.

The product surface is a portfolio of ministry programs rather than technology products. Lifecycle coverage includes Sunday School (ages 2-15), Youth Alive (ages 13-30), Women's Ministry, Caleb Generation (seniors), 150+ Carecell small groups across five geographic zones, and a Community Care Centre (inaugurated November 2022) operating community clinics at Kompally and Hitech City. Educational offerings are delivered through India College of Ministry (ICoM), affiliated with Global University for distance theology certification and diplomas. Technology infrastructure is limited to standard web hosting (newlifeag.in) and a YouTube streaming channel (@newlifeaghyd); there is no proprietary platform, mobile application, API, or AI/ML capability. Digital engagement is via website, email newsletters, and YouTube.

The revenue model is entirely donation-driven: voluntary tithes (targeted at 10% of member income), offerings, designated missions and Speed the Light giving, a Building Fund for capital projects (including the Hitech City Campus), and an online giving platform with a minimum contribution of ₹100 routed through an HDFC Bank payment gateway. All services are free; no fees are charged for any ministry program. The 19 listed employees indicate a lean operation that relies heavily on the 150+ Carecell volunteer network for execution. The operating model is regional, restricted to Hyderabad and Secunderabad, with no disclosed international footprint.
