OZHW groen college

What OZHW groen college does

OZHW groen college is a Dutch vocational education institution operating the 'Profiel Groen' (Green profile) — a secondary vocational training track focused on green and sustainable professions. It was established in 2018 as one of the professional profiles (beroepsprofielen) within the parent network Focus Beroepsacademie, and it serves students primarily in the South Holland region of the Netherlands from a single campus at Dierensteinweg 2 in Barendrecht.

The institution's core offering is on-campus, in-person vocational education delivered to individuals preparing for environmentally-oriented careers. Its product surface is conventional for a vocational school: a schoolgids (school guide), schoolprofiel (school profile document), PTA (programma van toetsing en afsluiting — assessment/examination program) portal, and prospective-student marketing assets hosted on ozhw-groen.nl, with recruitment further supported by the network websites focusopjetoekomst.nl and focusberoepsacademie.nl. Open days such as the 'Kom 'ns kijken dag' are the primary in-person channel for prospective students and parents. There is no proprietary technology platform, no mobile application, no API surface, and no disclosed digital learning infrastructure.

As a Dutch publicly funded vocational education program, OZHW groen college is embedded in — and financially dependent on — its parent organization, Focus Beroepsacademie. The entity operates with a small team (approximately 13 employees) and no disclosed ownership structure, investors, equity, funding, or revenue data. The go-to-market motion is regional and enrollment-driven, targeting individual prospective students rather than enterprise accounts, with marketing limited to web properties and a small number of annual campus events.
