What Psychic Source does
Psychic Source, legally operating as Expert Link, Inc. and headquartered in Trevose, Pennsylvania, is a privately held direct-to-consumer spiritual guidance platform founded in 1989. The company operates what it describes as America's oldest national psychic service, delivering live readings — including tarot, astrology, numerology, mediumship, love, career, and other specialty modalities — through a curated network of over 300 advisors accessible via phone, chat, video, and offline messaging on its website and native iOS/Android applications. The platform supports account self-service, advisor matching through a 'Find a Psychic' tool, secure payment processing, and an extensive free content hub spanning horoscopes, astrology/tarot/numerology guides, and an energy healing library that drives organic SEO traffic.
Revenue is generated through two primary mechanics: per-minute consumption at rates ranging from promotional $0.50-$1.00/min for new customers up to $11.99/min for senior advisors, and a $29.99/month Insider Advantage subscription that bundles a free 10-minute monthly reading with a 10% discount on additional sessions. A formal affiliate program and an active influencer referral network across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram supplement customer acquisition alongside paid promotional offers. Customer acquisition targets individual adults seeking relationship, career, life-path, spiritual, and grief-related guidance, with no enterprise or B2B customer base identified. The company differentiates primarily through brand longevity (35+ years), a 2% advisor acceptance rate, multi-channel delivery, and a Kindness Initiative that donates 1% of sales to customer-selected charities. The firm has 11-50 employees, no disclosed external funding, no M&A activity, and no senior leadership transitions in the available data.
