Shakti Massage

What Shakti Massage does

Shakti Massage is a single-location tantra and wellness massage studio based in Bonn, Germany, operating under the legal entity Shakti Massage SPA UG (haftungsbeschränkt) and managed by Sabrina Bounif Kühne. Founded in 2014, the business delivers in-person massage, bathing, and couples experiences from its studio at Justus-von-Liebig-Straße 51, and is currently seeking to relocate to larger premises within the Bonn area.

The studio offers a broad service menu of roughly fifteen distinct offerings, organized into core sensual/tantra modalities (Shakti signature, Tantra, Nuru, Oleá), oriental rituals (Hamam, Oriental Pascha, Luxus Shakti), couples programs, day-spa packages (Love Your Day, Relax Your Day, Enjoy Your Day priced €180-€280), and a 2025 non-sensual wellness line (Helena's Thai Yoga). Individual tickets range from €60 for a private room rental to €350 for a 150-minute Tantra ritual. Services are delivered by a roster of 11-12 named, individually marketed freelance practitioners working on commission, supplemented by additional freelance capacity for an established repeat-customer base. There is no proprietary technology platform; the digital stack is limited to a static IONOS website, an Instagram account (@shaktibonn), a Facebook page, and an anonymous WhatsApp community channel.

The business is direct-to-consumer, appointment-only, and books exclusively via phone or WhatsApp (01522-8040014), with customers required to confirm 60 minutes prior to service. Acquisition is driven by organic social, the WhatsApp community, word-of-mouth referrals, and a large corpus of online reviews. Customer segments include individual adult women, individual adult men, and couples, plus a referral relationship with spa-momente-bonn.de for adjacent couple-wellness demand. The studio was fully renovated and repositioned in 2024, and added Helena's Thai Yoga in 2025 as an explicit move into clothed, family- and entrepreneur-friendly wellness beyond its traditional tantra core.
