The Party Team / Team Casino Inc

What The Party Team / Team Casino Inc does

The Party Team, also operating as Team Casino Inc, is a privately held event entertainment company founded in 2001 and headquartered in Milwaukie/Portland, Oregon. The company delivers turnkey entertainment for corporate events, weddings, school grad nights, nonprofit fundraisers, and private parties across the Pacific Northwest, with regional offices in Eugene, Bend, Boise, and coverage of the Salem area. Its core products include casino night parties (Blackjack, Poker, Roulette, Craps, Big Time Blackjack, Cup Craps) with professional dealers; Magic Mirror and Classic photo booths; DJ and karaoke services with MC support; arcade and pinball machine rentals; game show experiences (Team Feud, Night at the Derby, Bingo, Poker Tournaments); and add-on modules such as uplighting, decor rentals, live talent, cash cube, prize wheel, and reception games. The company also offers virtual events (Virtual Team Feud) for remote audiences.

The business is services-based with no proprietary technology platform; the underlying "tech" is physical entertainment equipment (casino tables, arcade cabinets, pinball machines, photo booths, sound systems) and a CheckCherry-powered online booking system. Quote-based pricing is standard, with hourly tiers (e.g., DJ at $200/hour, DJ + photo booth at $300/hour, deposit $400-$800) and bundled packages. The Party Team holds an Oregon Department of Justice Monte Carlo gaming license, which it extends to nonprofits for fundraising events. Revenue is generated one-time per event through direct sales (website, phone, contact forms) and venue partnerships (McMenamins, Sunriver, Tetherow, Riverhouse, Boise Centre, Grove Hotel, Water's Edge).
