What Weva | Photography does

Weva Photography is a privately-held, founder-operated wedding photography and videography studio founded in 2010 and headquartered at KC Tower, Edappally, Kochi, Kerala, India. The company provides candid and cinematic wedding photography, wedding films, pre-wedding shoots, engagement photography, and destination wedding coverage primarily for couples getting married in Kerala and Chennai, with selected destination work in locations such as Dubai. Its underlying technology stack is centered on professional camera equipment, customized color themes, and storytelling-based editing techniques delivered by a team positioned as a "talent bank of skillful wedding photographers in Kerala"; no proprietary software platform, app, API, or AI/ML capabilities are disclosed.

Revenue is generated through project-based, one-time fees per wedding engagement, with no publicly disclosed package pricing and customers directed to request custom quotes via website forms, phone, or a "Tell Your Story" inquiry page. Go-to-market is direct-to-consumer, relying on SEO-optimized website portfolio, Google Reviews, social media (Facebook, YouTube), and word-of-mouth referrals. The company maintains strategic alliances with regional wedding planners (Rainmaker Events, Maritus, Parnashala, Seed Events, Columbia Events) that drive bundled offerings and referral flow. With approximately 31 employees, two Indian service locations (Kochi HQ and Chennai sales/marketing presence), and no disclosed external funding, the business operates as a bootstrapped regional premium-services studio targeting the Indian wedding market.
