Premier Casino Events Inc.

What Premier Casino Events Inc. does

Premier Casino Events Inc., operating under the consumer-facing brand 'Winning Party,' is a Cincinnati, Ohio-based themed entertainment rental company founded circa 1975 and currently owned by Rick Leugers. The business rents authentic Las Vegas-style casino equipment (blackjack, craps, roulette, poker, baccarat, slot machines), arcade machines (air hockey, PAC-MAN, foosball, skee ball), corporate and carnival games (bell strikers, dunk tanks, sumo wrestling, corn hole), DJ/MC services with BOSE sound systems, and entertainment acts (magicians, Elvis impersonators, photo booths, karaoke) to event hosts across Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, and Kentucky.

The company is not a technology business: there is no proprietary software platform, app, or digital product. Operations center on a physical inventory of hand-crafted, Las Vegas-grade equipment and a roster of trained professional dealers and event staff who both run games and entertain guests, including a 15-minute novice training session before each event. Service delivery is on-site at customer-provided venues, with logistics and staffing scaled to event size.

Revenue is generated event-by-event through a quote-based sales process rather than disclosed pricing. Customers select from a 13-tier All-In-One package menu (Flamingo through Bellagio) covering 50 to 1,000 guests, or build custom quotes via a website form. Distribution is direct-to-consumer through winningparty.com, supported by city-specific SEO landing pages, social media, and a blog. The customer base spans corporate events (primary), weddings, private parties, and nonprofit fundraisers; named accounts include UK College of Medicine / Salvation Army Medical Clinic, AFCEA, and an undisclosed corporate client retained over 8 years. The firm employs 14 people and operates as a privately held, owner-operated regional business with no external funding or parent company.
