Others

• PCMA (Professional Convention Management Association): Global association for the meetings, conventions, and business events industry, providing education, certification, and networking. Comparable to YES's ICCA membership in that it sits at the ecosystem level for PCO/MICE professionals, though PCMA is a membership body rather than an agency.

Direct peers

• CWT Meetings & Events: Global corporate event management division of CWT, covering meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions for multinational enterprises. Directly comparable MICE/PCO service portfolio to YES, with broader geographic reach.
• BCD Meetings & Events: One of the largest global MICE agencies, offering meeting planning, incentives, conferences, and event technology for corporate clients. Directly comparable to YES's MICE/PCO/DMC positioning, but operating at significantly larger global scale.
• MCI Group: Global association and event management company specializing in PCO, association management, and congress organization. Comparable to YES in PCO/exhibitions focus, but with materially larger international footprint and association client base.
• ATPI Griffinstone: Global corporate travel and events management provider covering MICE, incentives, and conferences. Comparable service offering to YES, particularly in corporate events and incentive travel, with broader international coverage.

Regional players

• Identity Group (UAE events): UAE-based corporate event and experiential agency offering conferences, exhibitions, and brand activations across the Middle East. Comparable to YES's Dubai regional operations and MICE/corporate events offering, with deeper Gulf-based client relationships.
• Meet in Azerbaijan: Azerbaijan's national convention bureau promoting Baku and the country as a destination for international events and congresses. Comparable regional positioning to YES in attracting global MICE demand, though operating as a public-sector marketing body rather than a commercial agency.

Broad incumbents

• Encore Global: Major provider of event technology, AV production, and venue services for corporate events and conferences globally. Comparable to YES's event production and digital/technology solutions, but as a large incumbent with deep venue relationships.
• Freeman: Global event production and brand experience company providing AV, staging, design, and event technology at scale. Comparable to YES's Event Production & Creative service line but operating as a much larger established incumbent.
• American Express Global Business Travel (Meetings & Events): Large global travel management company with a dedicated Meetings & Events division serving multinational corporate clients. Overlaps with YES's enterprise MICE offering as part of a wider travel/expense portfolio, not a boutique specialist.
