What Skillful Craftsman Education Technology does

Skillful Craftsman Education Technology Limited operates under the brand "EDTK" (edtk.ai) and is an education technology company whose stated offering consists of online vocational courses, live classes, and assessments for skills certification. The company's web presence is anchored by an Investor Relations homepage that aggregates SEC FILINGS, QUARTERLY RESULTS, ANNUAL REPORTS, and Press Releases sections, together with a named IR contact (Mello Bai, [email protected]), which is consistent with a publicly registered reporting entity (legal name: Skillful Craftsman Education Technology Limited).

The underlying platform architecture, course catalog, delivery stack, and assessment engine are not described in the source material beyond the high-level category description; no proprietary technology, integrations, app, or SDK details were disclosed. No products-and-services itemization, no customer logos, no pricing model, and no geographic markets served were provided in the input, so the technical and commercial composition of the offering cannot be specified from evidence alone.

On the business-model side, the company is identified as a for-profit entity, and the SEC-filings posture indicates public-market capital engagement; however, no revenue figure, pricing tier, go-to-market channel, customer segmentation, or unit-economics data was supplied. Ownership structure, headcount, subsidiaries, M&A history, and management roster are likewise absent from the data. In short, the input supports only a thin functional description: a publicly registered, China-leaning education-technology company delivering online vocational courses, live classes, and skills-certification assessments, with a formally maintained IR function.
