Projektiteenus

What Projektiteenus does

Projektiteenus OÜ is an Estonian private limited company founded in 2007, headquartered in Saue, Estonia, that delivers adult training programs in entrepreneurship, project management, and Estonian labor market skills alongside business and project consulting services. Its core curriculum consists of a 225-hour Entrepreneurship and Project Management Program and a 100-hour Estonian Labor Market Key Competences Program, supplemented by a 96-hour Estonian language course, internal corporate training, and consulting on support-project applications and business plan development.

The company operates a hybrid revenue model: training programs delivered to individuals (Ukrainian war refugees, new immigrants up to five years in Estonia, and Roma community members aged 15-74) are free of charge and co-financed through EU structural funds, while consulting services and internal corporate trainings are sold on a professional-services basis. Distribution relies on referrals from the Estonian Unemployment Insurance Fund (Eesti Töötukassa), the Tallinn Migration Center, and social worker networks, supplemented by direct online registration, printed brochures, and a Facebook presence. Programs are delivered in cohorts across the Ida-Virumaa, Tartumaa, and Harjumaa regions, with multilingual site support in Estonian, English, Russian, and Ukrainian.

The company holds the Quality Mark from the Estonian Agency for Quality Education for 2023-2028, has been recognized by Creditinfo as a Successful Estonian Enterprise 2023 with an A credit rating, and was previously named a Gazelle Company for exceeding 50% growth over three years. Operations are led by Sigrid Salla, Training and Consultation Manager, who also authored the company's in-house Training Handbook (Koolituste õpik). No proprietary technology platform, software product, or AI/ML capability is disclosed.
