Others Electric

What Others Electric does

Others Electric is a family-owned, licensed electrical contracting company founded in 2012 and headquartered in Palm Bay, Florida, operating a second office in Lantana to serve Palm Beach County. The firm is an authorized Generac dealer and service center, with its core work centered on Generac Guardian whole-home standby generator installations (7-24 kW units), 100A to 200A electrical panel upgrades, Level 2 EV charger installation, commercial three-phase standby generators, restaurant electrical build-outs, and recurring generator maintenance contracts across Florida's east coast. Underlying technology is licensed trade execution rather than software: site assessment by licensed electricians, Generac-supplied equipment with Wi-Fi-enabled remote monitoring and 5-year factory warranty, full permit and inspection handling across multiple Florida jurisdictions, and on-hand OEM parts to minimize service-cycle time.

The revenue model combines one-time project revenue (installations typically $5,000-$18,000+ for generators, $2,000-$4,500 for panel upgrades) with recurring commercial service contracts and per-visit generator maintenance. Go-to-market is sales-led: phone-based lead intake, free same-day or next-business-day quotes, on-site assessments by licensed electricians, and conversion supported by local SEO, an educational blog covering Florida-specific electrical topics (storm preparedness, generator sizing, panel replacement), and 5-star Google reviews. Customer segments are horizontal across residential homeowners (aging panels, storm-outage-driven generator demand, EV adoption), commercial businesses (restaurants, warehouses, offices with three-phase needs), property managers with portfolio service contracts, and HOA-governed community residents requiring architectural review documentation. No external capital, M&A activity, or public revenue disclosure is present in the source material, and headcount is stated at 1-10 in firmographic data — likely a self-reporting threshold given the four-generation family involvement and dual-office footprint, with $5M-$10M the most defensible annual revenue band.
