What Woerner Industries, Llc / Lassco Wizer does

Woerner Industries, LLC is a privately-held, family-character American manufacturer founded in 1915 in Rochester, New York, operating from a single 40,000+ square-foot facility at 485 Hague Street. The company manufactures a comprehensive line of church and liturgical furniture — altars, communion tables, pulpits, lecterns, pews, chairs, prie dieu kneelers, baptismal fonts, credence and offertory tables, accessories, and acrylic furniture alternatives — primarily fabricated from FAS-grade Northern Red Oak sourced from sustainable Upstate New York forests, with high-density seating foam (2.6 lb density, 45–48 ILD), hand-rubbed oil stain finishing, and a 16-color standard finish palette plus custom matching. The Dayton Kneeler sub-brand supplies metal kneelers in Wrought Iron, Scroll, and Harvest styles with multiple finishes. The firm also operates two additional divisions: Lassco Wizer, which manufactures graphic arts finishing equipment (Spinnit paper drills, Cornerounder corner cutters, LasscoJog paper joggers) for the printing industry, and Woerner Precision Parts, a contract manufacturing division offering combined woodworking and metalworking services. Revenue is generated through one-time hardware sales of custom-manufactured products on a quote-based pricing model, distributed primarily through church goods dealers nationwide, supplemented by direct website sales and custom-design inquiry projects for churches, funeral homes, and institutions. The business remains private with no institutional or PE backing identified in available data, and operates exclusively within the United States.
