EAST PRODUCTIONS (UK) LTD

What EAST PRODUCTIONS (UK) LTD does

EAST Productions (UK) Ltd. is a UK private limited company specializing in bespoke set building and prop making for photographic shoots, retail window displays, television, and film productions. The company operates from a single workshop facility at Unit 23, Bolney Grange Industrial Park, Haywards Heath, West Sussex, and describes itself as a team of experienced makers from diverse backgrounds capable of designing and constructing sets and props across multiple mediums and locations. Its service portfolio comprises four tightly related offerings: Set Building Services, Prop Making Services, Window Display Design & Build, and Photographic Shoot Design & Build, delivered as a unified design-and-build capability rather than a modular platform.

The business operates on a sales-led, project-based professional services model. Revenue is generated through custom quotes determined by project scope, materials, and complexity, with no subscription or recurring component disclosed. Client engagement is initiated through direct phone or email contact, with the company's website serving as the primary channel for portfolio presentation and lead capture. There is no disclosed pricing structure, no publicly advertised rate cards, and no evidence of reseller or intermediary distribution.

EAST Productions serves three primary segments: television and film production companies, retail brands requiring visual merchandising solutions (John Lewis is a named enterprise client), and photography studios and advertising agencies. The company is privately operated with no disclosed external investors, no parent entity, no subsidiaries, and no funding history. Operational scale appears modest, with only two named operational contacts (Tom and Pete) plus an office line, suggesting a small workshop-based team. There are no disclosed patents, trademarks, certifications, or technology assets — the company's value proposition rests on craft expertise and integrated design-and-build delivery rather than proprietary technology.
