Core offering

Coway Malaysia sells and rents home wellness appliances — primarily water purifiers and air purifiers — alongside BEREX smart mattresses, massage chairs, hands-free bidets, air conditioners, outdoor filters, laundry machines and refrigerators. Products are delivered through a rental/subscription model (with 3+2, 5+0 or 7+0 year contracts) or outright purchase, paired with the Heart Service doorstep maintenance program performed by CODY technicians.

Product overview

Coway Malaysia offers a comprehensive wellness and healthy living product portfolio centered around water purifiers and air purifiers as core products, supplemented by BEREX sleep and relaxation products (mattresses and massage chairs), bathroom (bidets), cooling (air conditioners), outdoor filtration, laundry care (washers/dryers), and food preservation (refrigerators). The water purifier lineup includes 11 models ranging from compact table-top units (NEON, DAZZIE, CINNAMON) to premium ice-making systems (AIS, LUCY PLUS) and large floor-standing units (CORE SLIM, CORE PLUS), featuring various filtration technologies including RO, Nanotrap, and UV sterilisation. The air purifier range spans 5 models from compact personal units (STUDIO) to high-capacity commercial solutions (ATRIUM), incorporating HEPA filters, UVC, and RBD Plasma technologies. BEREX products include smart mattresses with adjustable firmness (Smart Mattress S8+/S6+) and a full range of massage chairs. All products are supported by professional Heart Service maintenance programs and Mattress Care Service, offered primarily through monthly rental plans with complimentary servicing.
