What idraulica pavan s r l does

ABC Interni S.r.l. (legally registered as Idraulica Pavan S.r.l.) is a privately held Italian turnkey interior renovation and furnishing company founded in 1996 and headquartered in Orio al Serio, Bergamo. The company evolved from its original plumbing/hydraulic trade roots into a full-service interior design and renovation operator, opening its first showroom in 2012 and a second wave of showrooms in 2016, including a dedicated bathroom space and a fully equipped domotized (smart-home) apartment display. It serves private homeowners, real estate agencies, and collaborating architects and designers across Lombardy, with service coverage spanning Bergamo, Brescia, Monza Brianza, and Lecco provinces.

The core offering is "Ristrutturazione chiavi in mano" (turnkey renovation), a single-interlocutor service covering interior design, project management, and coordination of all trades (masons, plumbers, electricians, tilers, carpenters, painters, drywall installers) from demolition through furnishing. Supporting offerings include interior design led by in-house architects Cristian Pavan and Alice Morotti, plus sales of bathroom fixtures, kitchen and living-room furniture, flooring (parquet, porcelain stoneware), interior doors, designer radiators, shower enclosures, and wellness products (saunas, Turkish baths). Revenue comes from two streams: professional services for renovation and design, and hardware sales of furnishings and fixtures. Pricing is quote-based and project-specific, with free estimates and advisory on the Italian 50% Bonus Ristrutturazione government incentive.

Distribution is anchored by a single physical showroom in Orio al Serio near Bergamo Airport, supplemented by an extensive local-SEO website (abcinterni.it) with location-specific landing pages across dozens of Lombardy towns, Google Business reviews (4.6/5, 49 reviews), and social presence on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. No AI/ML capabilities, proprietary software, patents, certifications, external funding, or parent-company ownership are disclosed; the company is independently operated by the Pavan family with a small in-house leadership team.
