What your project switzerland does
Your Project Switzerland AG is a private, Basel-based bespoke software development agency operating exclusively within Switzerland. The company employs approximately 26 multidisciplinary professionals covering software development, mobile (iOS/Android), web, UI/UX design, blockchain/DLT, and IT consulting. Its client base consists of Swiss mid-market and enterprise organisations requiring customised digital products — visible reference customers include FC Basel (sports), Fitpass (fitness marketplace), and Iolo/Dingz (smart home/IoT). The company follows a structured 6-step project methodology (analysis, concept, design, development, QA, launch/support) and delivers end-to-end solutions without reliance on channel partners or marketplace distribution.
Technology breadth is the defining operational feature: the company lists competence across Python, Swift, Kotlin, Java, JavaScript/Node.js, PHP/Laravel, Go, React Native, Flutter, React, Strapi, and TYPO3, alongside enterprise-grade DLT stacks (Hyperledger Fabric, Corda) and design tooling (Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator). No proprietary platform or productised SaaS exists; each engagement is a custom build. The revenue model is professional-services based with hourly billing differentiated by service type (CHF 160/h for web/app/design, CHF 200/h for consulting, CHF 220/h for blockchain), a 50% project deposit, and separate maintenance contracts providing recurring revenue. Geographic scope is explicitly domestic, with no international delivery footprint or channel reseller arrangements. Demand generation relies on the company website, organic LinkedIn/Instagram presence, and direct sales via three named contact persons.
