Quality Design & Construction

What Quality Design & Construction does

Quality Design & Construction is a privately held design-build residential remodeling contractor founded in 1994 and headquartered in Raleigh, North Carolina. The firm serves homeowners across multiple North Carolina counties—including Wake, Durham, Warren, Halifax, and Northampton—plus the Lake Gaston area, through an integrated design-build methodology that combines in-house construction designers with professional building staff operating on the customer's property.

The company's core service lines are kitchen remodeling, bathroom renovation, custom home additions, and whole-house renovation, supplemented by specialty offerings such as attic and basement conversions, exterior facelifts, sunrooms, decks, porches, fireplaces, mudrooms, she-sheds, pet-friendly spaces, and light commercial projects. There is no proprietary technology platform; the underlying capability is the design-build integration, supported by full-time staff, ongoing code and OSHA training, and a satisfaction guarantee.

Quality Design & Construction operates a direct-to-consumer model with quote-based, project-specific pricing and no publicly disclosed tiers. Customer acquisition relies on a service-area-focused website, local SEO targeting 20+ North Carolina communities, and participation in regional home-tour events. The company maintains two physical locations: a Raleigh headquarters at 3823 Junction Blvd and an appointment-only Lake Gaston service office at 2357 Eaton Ferry Rd in Littleton, NC. Revenue is generated per project, is not publicly disclosed, and the firm is independently owned with no parent company or external investment indicated.
