What Feusi Bildungszentrum does

Feusi Bildungszentrum is a privately held, family-owned Swiss education group headquartered in Bern, operating continuously since 1952. The institution delivers a vertically integrated educational pathway spanning early childhood (Kita, Preschool, Kindergarten), primary and secondary schooling (including the recognized special public school Klick-Schule), gymnasium, commercial vocational training (Kaufmann/Kauffrau EFZ), vocational baccalaureate (Berufsmaturität), Swiss Olympic-affiliated sports schools, higher vocational education (Höhere Fachschule Wirtschaft HFW), and accredited university-level programs through its subsidiary Private Hochschule Wirtschaft PHW Bern (BSc, MSc, E/MBA, MAS, CAS, including a Medical Management specialization). The group operates across four active campuses — Bern-Wankdorf (HQ), Bern-Kirchenfeld (Klick-Schule), Muri-Gümlingen, and Solothurn — with a fifth Thun campus scheduled to open summer 2026 as a Swiss Olympic Partner School. Supporting technology includes the OpenOLAT learning management system (from Frentix) and Microsoft 365 integration, delivered through a hybrid in-person and digital teaching model.

The business model is primarily tuition-driven, with revenue concentrated in recurring program fees across the educational lifecycle, supplemented by room rental services (Raumvermietung) to external organizations and ancillary learning support services such as tutoring (Nachhilfe), learning coaching, career counseling, CV review, and aptitude test preparation. Distribution is exclusively direct and on-site, with prospective students and families acquired through information events, personal consultations, and campus-based enrollment. The group operates through multiple wholly owned legal entities (Feusi Bildungszentrum AG, Bern AG, Solothurn AG, and PHW Bern AG), is led by owner Sandra von May-Granelli as Chair of Executive Management, and holds eduqua continuing education certification alongside HFKG federal university accreditation. Reported cumulative alumni exceed 200,000 and the average program recommendation rate is 93%.
