What Adrenaline Vans LLC | Adrenaline HQ does

Adrenaline HQ LLC (DBA: Adrenaline HQ and Adrenaline Vans) is a privately held Mercedes-Benz specialty automotive service and performance center headquartered at 19117 US-550 in Montrose, Colorado. The company provides factory-level maintenance, diagnostics, and performance modifications for Mercedes-Benz vehicles — primarily Sprinter vans (2500/3500, 2WD/4x4/AWD), but also G-Class/G-Wagon, AMG performance vehicles, and extended to Ineos Grenadier. Core service offerings include scheduled maintenance (Service A at $1,202+ and Service B at $1,250+), transmission servicing for 7G-Tronic, 9G-Tronic, and 722.6 units, four-wheel alignment, and performance upgrades.

The company's differentiated product portfolio includes the Ride Improvement Package (RIP Kit) suspension system with multiple tiers, an in-house M157 Performance Tune (Stage 1/2) delivering up to +190 HP and +280 TQ on Mercedes-AMG 5.5L Bi-Turbo V8s, and proprietary hardware such as the Adrenaline HQ Driveshaft Drop Kit (CNC-machined aircraft-grade aluminum spacers) and Agile Double Sheer reinforcement brackets. It operates as an authorized reseller for premium aftermarket brands including FOX, ARB 4x4 Accessories, Agile Offroad, and Baja Designs, serving both local service customers and a nationwide e-commerce audience via Shopify.

Revenue is generated through three streams: professional service labor and parts markup, hardware sales through the Shopify storefront shipping to all 50 states, and recurring subscription revenue from Fast Pass ($399/mo) and Fast Pass Pro ($899/mo) priority memberships. The company goes to market through a community-centric approach combining content marketing (YouTube "Fuel Your Adrenaline" series, blog/SEO), social media (Instagram), the annual VanWILD overland community event, and strategic showcase builds at SEMA in partnership with RRE Global. Registered in Colorado as an LLC with no external institutional funding disclosed, the company is actively hiring certified Mercedes-Benz technicians and is constructing a new facility as of early 2025.
