All About You Wellness Centre

What All About You Wellness Centre does

All About You Wellness Centre is a Hong Kong-based, founder-led hypnotherapy and alternative-healing centre operating from a single location at 10A Wing Cheong Commercial Building, 19-25 Jervois Street in Sheung Wan. Founded by Sonia Samtani in 2013 and incorporated as Sonia Samtani Limited, the centre describes itself as Hong Kong's first English-language hypnotherapy centre and positions itself as a holistic mental-health and personal-development practice serving individual adults, couples, families, corporate clients, and aspiring wellness practitioners. The team of approximately six comprises resident and visiting practitioners including Sonia Samtani (Master Hypnotherapist/Founder), Stephanie Rault (Holistic Wellness Coach), Olivia Mak (Clinical Hypnotherapist), Jaz Goven (Fast Track Technique Facilitator), and Peter Freeth (NLP Trainer).

The centre generates revenue across five distinct streams: (1) one-on-one private sessions across modalities including hypnotherapy, couples counselling, inner child healing, life coaching, loss and grief support, past life regression, and speaking/presenting coaching; (2) personal-development workshops and certified practitioner training programmes (Hypnotherapy Levels 1-5, NLP Practitioner/Master, Fast Track Technique, Transpersonal Regression Therapy) including Sonia Samtani's signature 'Be Your Own Master' workshop series; (3) affirmation and wellness products including books, mugs, journals, blankets, tattoos, and bundled packages priced HKD 40 to HKD 1,790; (4) therapy room rental to visiting practitioners; and (5) tailored corporate wellness events and private parties. Go-to-market is hybrid — direct-to-consumer bookings through Acuity Scheduling, event-driven workshop and training enrolment, and community-led content marketing across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, email newsletters, and earned media in South China Morning Post, Vogue, Cosmopolitan, Marie Claire, Tatler, and Honeycombers.

The core technology stack is light by design: Acuity Scheduling for session bookings, MailChimp for newsletters, and a WordPress-based website hosting the e-commerce shop and blog. The competitive positioning rests on the founder's 20-plus-year track record, formal accreditation from IACT, IMDHA, and NGH, and award recognition including Honeycombers' Hong Kong #1 Best Alternative Healing Centre (2023), multiple Best Hypnotherapist distinctions from Prestige Magazine, Ritzy, and Liv Media, and Women of Power / Wellness Entrepreneur of the Year recognition. The operating model is founder-centric, with no disclosed funding, no parent company, and no institutional shareholders; the centre claims to have impacted more than 40,000 individuals across two decades through Sonia Samtani and her team.
