BeMyDD LLC

What BeMyDD LLC does

BeMyDD LLC is registered in Solon, Ohio, was founded in 2010 and is reported to have 21 employees, but the substantive operational data available describes a Vietnam-based, Vietnamese-language free sports streaming and information portal branded as Xoilac TV (hosted at mattcosta.com / xoilac86.tv). The platform aggregates live streams, replays, highlights, schedules, standings, livescore, betting odds and sports news across football, basketball, tennis, badminton, volleyball and esports, with multi-server redundancy (a minimum of three backup links per match) and a branded in-house Vietnamese commentary team (BLV Xôi Lạc) featuring 16 named commentators.

The product is delivered entirely through a responsive web experience with no native mobile app, no login requirement and no paid tier; access to all live streams and editorial content is free. Distribution is driven by Vietnamese SEO, a broad social media footprint (Facebook, Twitter/X, Instagram, Telegram, YouTube and several secondary networks), and dedicated content marketing around betting guides and sports news.

The business model is advertising-led, with display ads and affiliate links to betting operators — 8XBET is the single named partner, featured in dedicated 'Cược 8XBET' sections and across the site — supplemented by editorial integrations such as odds portals, expert tips and top bookmaker rankings. There is no disclosed revenue, funding, parent company, management team, regulatory licensing or formal corporate history for BeMyDD LLC in the source data, and the legal/operating relationship between the Ohio entity and the Vietnam-contact-address Xoilac TV operation is not documented.

Direct peers

• Roja Directa: Long-running Spanish-language free sports streaming index that aggregates unlicensed live feeds of football and other sports — an international analog operating the same business model in a different language/geography.
• Bóng Đá Plus (Bongdaplus): Major Vietnamese sports news and live-score platform with football streaming features and betting content, serving the same audience with a more editorialized (and possibly better-funded) brand presence.
• 90Phut TV: Free Vietnamese-language sports streaming site covering football and other sports, monetized via betting-affiliate integrations. Closely comparable in audience, content mix, and revenue model.
• Bongdalu: Vietnamese sports data and live scores portal integrated with football streaming and betting odds; embedded as a 'Livescore' partner on the subject site itself, indicating very close audience and content overlap.
• Cakhia TV: Another free Vietnamese football streaming site offering HD live matches, schedules, and betting odds with similar redundant-link infrastructure. Competes for the same Vietnamese football fan segment via web and social channels.
• Mitom TV: Free Vietnamese sports streaming site covering football and other sports with backup-link infrastructure and betting-affiliate monetization. Operates in the same niche as Xoilac TV.
• Veboftv (Vebo TV): Vietnamese-language free live sports streaming platform focused on football, with a comparable multi-link streaming model and betting-affiliate monetization. Direct head-to-head competitor in the same Vietnamese audience.
• TheThao247: Vietnamese sports news, scores, and live coverage portal that bundles football content with betting-odds integrations — directly overlapping in audience and free, ad-supported content monetization.

Broad incumbents

• FPT Play: Licensed Vietnamese OTT streaming service from FPT Telecom offering legitimate sports rights (including football) alongside entertainment. Represents the 'legal' incumbent that free sites like Xoilac TV effectively substitute for.
• VTVcab ON / VTV Go: Vietnamese state-affiliated sports broadcaster and OTT platform with licensed football rights. The benchmark legal incumbent against which unlicensed streaming alternatives like Xoilac TV compete for audience attention.
