Regional players

• The Church of Eleven22: Multi-site charismatic church; comparable in worship/praise orientation but serves a different geography (Jacksonville, FL) rather than directly competing with Bethel's Platte City base.

Broad incumbents

• Bethel Church (Redding, CA): Large charismatic Christian church sharing the 'Bethel' branding and charismatic worship/praise orientation, but operating at a national/international scale as an incumbent rather than a local niche peer.

Emerging players

• Jesus Culture: Charismatic worship and prayer movement with strong identity around presence-focused worship and prayer ministry; comparable in theological orientation and target demographic.

Direct peers

• IHOP Atlanta (House of Prayer Atlanta): Regional 'House of Prayer' affiliated with the IHOP family of ministries; operates in a similar model of dedicated prayer rooms and corporate prayer gatherings.
• International House of Prayer (IHOP): Kansas City-based 24/7 prayer and worship movement with the same 'House of Prayer' identity and continuous prayer-room model that Bethel explicitly references; the most direct spiritual and conceptual peer.
• The Upper Room (Upperroom Dallas): Charismatic worship and prayer community in Dallas, TX operating as a dedicated prayer and worship house with extended worship sessions, closely aligned with Bethel's ministry model.
• Prayer Mountain / 24-7 Prayer Movement: Global prayer-focused network emphasizing continuous prayer rooms and missional prayer; directly comparable in theological emphasis on prayer as central ministry.
