Brennan Electrical

What Brennan Electrical does

Brennan Electrical, Inc. is a privately held, family-owned electrical contracting company headquartered in Glendora, California, operating across four Southern California counties (Los Angeles, Orange, San Bernardino, and Riverside) with a listed service radius covering 15+ cities. Founded in 2012 by Greg Brennan, a C10 and General Engineering (A) licensed contractor with over 30 years of trade experience, and co-owned with Jennifer Brennan, the company is structured as a California corporation with no disclosed external funding, parent entity, or subsidiary structure.

The company delivers a suite of 14 residential and commercial electrical services — including panel upgrades, whole-home rewiring, switch gear repair and installation, EV charger installation, tenant improvements, service calls, interior/exterior lighting, low voltage raceways, power pedestals, dedicated circuits, temporary power, and electrical safety installations — all performed by licensed C10 and A contractors under License #920654. There is no software platform, proprietary technology stack, or AI capability disclosed; the offering is physical service delivery rather than a productized technology.

Commercially, Brennan Electrical operates a direct-to-consumer and direct-to-business model with quote-based pricing and free upfront project assessments. Lead capture is limited to phone (909) 305-4700 and a website contact form, with no disclosed digital marketing, social, content, or partner channels. Customer segments are described horizontally across residential homeowners, commercial businesses, property managers, and general contractors, with no named enterprise logos, no disclosed revenue, and a transactional project-by-project revenue model rather than recurring contracts.

Product overview

Brennan Electrical is a family-owned electrical contracting company offering a unified suite of residential and commercial electrical services rather than a modular software platform. The core offering includes 14 distinct service categories: panel upgrades, switch gear repair and installation, general electrical repairs, whole-home rewiring, service calls, interior and exterior lighting, EV charger installation, electrical safety, low voltage raceways, power pedestals, dedicated circuits, temporary power, tenant improvements, and free quote assessments. These services are delivered by licensed C10 and A contractors to homeowners, businesses, property managers, and general contractors across Southern California, with no modular pricing or add-on architecture—the company provides standalone services that can be requested individually or combined for larger projects.
