What J.E. Sheehan Contracting Corporation does
J.E. Sheehan Contracting Corporation is a privately-held construction contractor headquartered at 208 Sissonville Road in Potsdam, New York. The company provides project-based contracting services covering both commercial and residential construction work, delivered directly to clients within its local market. Publicly available information is thin: the company operates without a disclosed founding date, ownership structure, executive roster, certifications, customer logos, or pricing, and maintains only a minimal web presence consisting of a contact page and a photo-gallery-style projects page hosted on GoDaddy's Website Builder platform.
Operationally, the firm runs at very small scale with a headcount of 7 employees, a single office location, and no identified subsidiaries, parent company, or external investors. Its go-to-market is traditional and relationship-driven: a local phone number (315) 265-8427) and a basic contact form serve as the primary client intake channels, and there is no evidence of digital marketing, social media, or formalized distribution. The website carries a 2018 copyright notice, suggesting no material digital or brand refresh since that year, though the firm remains listed as currently operating.
The business model is straightforward project-based contracting revenue: jobs are presumably awarded on a bid or negotiated basis with local clients, with revenue tied to completed construction work. There are no disclosed recurring-revenue subscriptions, productized offerings, technology platform, or software components. No M&A, funding, partnership, regulatory, or leadership-change events are recorded for the company in the available sources.
