One Yoga Global

What One Yoga Global does

One Yoga Global is a privately held yoga retreat and adventure travel company founded in 2012 by Laura Forsyth and headquartered in Austin, Texas. Operating originally under the name One Yoga Collective and rebranded to One Yoga Global in 2026, the company organizes all-inclusive yoga and mindfulness retreats at 18+ hand-selected destinations spanning North America, South America, Europe, Africa, and Asia. Retreats combine daily yoga practice, cultural excursions, adventure activities, and accommodations in boutique properties such as eco-resorts, wilderness lodges, safari conservancies, and historic manor houses.

The company's core product is its portfolio of curated retreat packages, with most retreats priced between $2,895 and $5,495 per person for 7-8 nights and a premium Kenya safari tier priced at $9,980-$11,990 per person. Distribution is direct-to-consumer through the company website, with bookings processed via the MINDBODY online scheduling platform. One Yoga Global employs six people, partners with independent yoga teachers and venue operators to deliver retreats, and operates without a mobile app, proprietary technology stack, or external funding. Marketing relies on organic social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, and Twitter/X, supplemented by an email VIP list and content marketing.

Revenue is generated exclusively through retreat package sales, with standard deposits of $695-$795 and balance payments on installment schedules. The customer base consists of individual wellness-minded travelers booking directly with the company across multiple continents, with notable repeat-destination venues such as Mar de Jade in Mexico, Lewa Wilderness in Kenya, Alladale Wilderness Reserve in Scotland, and Munay Retreat Center in Peru suggesting an anchor relationship model with venue partners. The company has grown organically over 14 years without venture capital, institutional investors, or a parent company, and maintains full operational control through its founder.
