REDEMPTIVE LIVING MINISTRIES

What REDEMPTIVE LIVING MINISTRIES does

Redemptive Living Ministries (legally Redemptive Living, Inc.) is a Denver, Colorado-based Christian ministry and personal development organization focused on men's recovery, character development, and relational wholeness. Founded and led by Jason and Shelley Martinkus, the organization serves individuals — primarily men and, more recently, women through an RL for Women sub-brand — seeking faith-based recovery and life-skills coaching. It claims reach across 15+ countries, 7,000+ men served, 10,000+ client hours, and 150+ workshops delivered.

The organization's product stack is content-and-coaching-led with light technology. Offerings include a published book catalog (titles priced $15–$90, including Summit Devotional and Understanding and Loving), the ReBuild Workbook, an RL Academy recurring membership at $139/month, $500 online masterclasses, and bespoke coaching engagements delivered by a small team of named coaches (Thomas Berry, Jordan Jones, David Pruitt) in addition to the founders. Proprietary frameworks such as the Bowtie Diagram anchor the curriculum, and a Trustworthy University course track has been introduced as a longer-form educational product. The operating footprint is small, with 9 employees, and there is no evidence of external funding, partnerships, patents, or AI/ML infrastructure.

The business model is a diversified individual-consumer revenue mix: book sales, subscription membership, premium masterclass fees, and high-touch coaching. Distribution is omnichannel — in-person workshops combined with online courses and digital membership — enabling geographic reach beyond Denver without proportional cost scaling. As a private ministry operating without disclosed external investment, growth has been funded organically through product and content expansion rather than capital raises.
